Datamark provides decentralized data infrastructure tools including on-chain data verification, indexing, and distribution services on BNB Chain. The protocol operates through a network of independent validators and smart contracts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Datamark. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions or where the use of blockchain protocols is prohibited.
$DMK is a utility token used within the Datamark ecosystem. It is not a security, equity, or investment contract. Holding $DMK does not grant ownership rights in Datamark or any affiliated entity.
You may not use Datamark for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Attempting to exploit, disrupt, or compromise the protocol or its validators is strictly prohibited.
Datamark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the Datamark team be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the protocol.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Datamark after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via our official channels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
